Plain-English privacy
Short version — we don't sell your information.
The long version below covers what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it. No ad networks. No tracking pixels. No resale. No drip campaigns.
What we collect
Only what you give us, plus the minimum needed to keep the site online:
- Lead form submissions — name, email, optional phone, your city, and any free-text notes you choose to include. Submitted when you click "Get matched with three local builders" or similar CTAs.
- Estimator email captures — your email if you choose to unlock the line-by-line cost breakdown.
- Technical metadata — IP address and browser user-agent string, stored with each lead so we can triage spam and one-off network issues.
- Cookies — strictly first-party. A CSRF token (required for form submission) and an "unlock" cookie that remembers you saw the estimator breakdown. No analytics cookies, no third-party trackers.
What we don't collect
- Behavioural / cross-site tracking pixels (we don't load any).
- Ad-network identifiers (we run no ad code).
- Location data beyond your IP.
- Anything from a logged-in account — we don't have user accounts.
How we use what we collect
- To reply to you. If you submit a lead, we email you back within two business days with a short list of vetted local builders. That's the only outbound email we send.
- To improve our partner network. We track which cities and project sizes generate the most interest so we can recruit builders in those markets.
- For internal triage. IP and user-agent help us catch duplicate or spam submissions.
What we don't do
- Sell your data. Ever. Not to builders, not to lead aggregators, not to anyone.
- Run drip campaigns. If we email you, it's because Omar is replying to your inquiry by hand.
- Hand your information to a builder without your consent. "Get matched" means we email you the shortlist; you decide who to contact.
How long we keep your data
Leads are kept indefinitely in our internal admin, because some homeowners re-engage months or years after their first submission. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing the address in the footer — we'll purge within 7 days and send you confirmation.
Affiliate partner links
If you click a link clearly labeled SPONSORED · PARTNER, the partner's own privacy policy applies on their site. We do not pass any of your information to a partner; the click is a standard browser navigation.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
